Apply for Free and Reduced School Meals
To apply for free and reduced price meals, an application is available at your child's school or the district office.
All applications are strictly confidential and only viewed by the school
lunch director. The applications are protected to prevent any kind
of discrimination or breach of confidentiality.
The applications provide statistical information which is used
throughout the district when assorted grants are applied for as will as
some funding sources.
Special Diets
Substitutions for meals for students with allergies or disabilities can
be made to regular meals. For the nutritional needs of children
with food allergies or disability restrictions the Information Card must
be completed and signed by a physician and parent or guardian of the
student.
Your school office or cafeteria will have the information form.
